Welcome to Massage by Julia! I am a licensed and certified massage therapist in private practice since 2004. I work on adults, and specialize in working with senior citizens, pregnant women, athletes, and those with Fibromyalgia. I provide in-home massage sessions (in-call or out-call) with my portable massage table,  do corporate chair massage in private businesses, and can also offer sessions in local hotels. The general geographical area that I serve is Northridge & the San Fernando Valley, west to Simi Valley, south to Brentwood, and west to Calabasas. I have a true passion for helping people heal. My clients tell me I do great work, and my response is that I love what I do so it must be coming through my hands! I combine the spiritual and intuitive aspects of holistic healing with the medical perspective of how the body works at its best! If you are experiencing muscle tightness, headaches, backaches, sciatica, neck pain, or simply want a relaxing massage to reduce the stress of everyday life, make an appointment with me today!          Part of each session also includes discussion on stretching you can do at home or work. A self-care routine of regular stretching may help you to stay flexible and pain-free, so you can just make an appointment for a 'tune-up massage' every few weeks or so! If you'd like, any or all of your massage appointment time can include a stretching lesson. I am also a sign language interpreter, and welcome the   Deaf community to contact me for an appointment!
